1.Who processes the data

The data you leave on the site is processed by Pro.Apparaty.

2.What data we receive

When you send a request, we receive your name, phone number or WhatsApp number, country, the model of the device (if you chose one), the “I am a dealer” mark (if you ticked it) and the text of your question (if you wrote one). The form on the site does not ask for documents or payment details.

The request also carries the address of the page you sent it from, the address of the page you came to the site from, and UTM tags if they were in the link. If you were looking at a device page, the request includes the device name and the price you saw.

The server that receives requests sees technical details of the connection, including your IP address, and saves the IP address with your request.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you provide yourself: your number, your name and the text of your messages.

3.Why we need the data

To reply to you, prepare an offer with the price of the device and the services you selected, and handle the deal if you decide to buy a device.

4.Where the data goes

A request from the site goes to the request server of pro-apparaty.ru. The server is in Russia. There the request is entered into amoCRM, the system where we handle the deal.

A copy of the request is sent by email through the Formspree service (USA), so that the owners get a notification.

We handle WhatsApp conversations through the Umnico service, which collects messages from messengers in one window.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, it sees technical details of a request: IP address, browser and page address.

There is no visit counter on the site.

5.How long we keep the data

We keep the data of a request as long as we need it to reply to you and handle the deal, and longer only where the law requires it.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it, except for data that the law requires us to keep.

6.What your browser stores

Our scripts do not set cookies.

UTM tags from the link (your first visit to the site) are kept in the sessionStorage of your browser until you close the tab and are sent with the request.

The country and services you selected in the price calculation are kept in the localStorage of your browser, so that you do not have to choose them again on every page. They stay in the browser until you clear them and are not sent anywhere by themselves. The “Request the exact price on WhatsApp” button adds them to the message text, and you see it before sending.

To preselect your country in the calculation, the site compares your browser’s time zone with the list of countries. This happens in your browser; the time zone is not sent anywhere.

7.Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data. Write to us on WhatsApp or with the form on the site.
