How do I get the device to my country?
By air, and to some countries by road or sea. If a price guide for your country is already available, it is in the section “The device price is separate. The rest is optional”; we will send the exact price in the offer.
Who handles customs and documents?
We will help you arrange it: customs clearance and import documents are separate services. If there is no price for your country on the site, we will calculate it. If you have your own broker, work with them.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars. We will explain how to pay in the offer.
How does the launch work?
The launch is free and remote: we will tell you how to connect and set up the device.
