1.Who sells
Pro.Apparaty sells the devices on the site.
The site pro-apparaty.com is for buyers outside Russia. For Russia, the site pro-apparaty.ru works with its own prices and terms.
2.What is on the site
The site shows devices and their prices. An order is made not on the site but in the offer and the contract that we send in reply to your request.
3.Price of the device
The price of a device on the site is in US dollars on EXW (Ex Works) terms: we hand the device over in China, delivery is not included. Some configurations have no price — the price is on request.
Prices on the site are for reference. The final price and terms are in the offer and the contract.
4.Services as separate lines
We arrange delivery, insurance, customs and documents if you selected them. Each service is a separate line in the offer, in US dollars.
Service prices on the site are estimates. The exact price for your country is in the offer.
5.Duties and taxes
Duties, taxes and fees for importing the device into your country are paid by the buyer.
6.Launch
For the buyer of a device, launch is free and remote: we will tell you how to connect and set up the device.
7.Names and trademarks
Device names and trademarks on the site belong to their owners.
8.Responsibility and service
The responsibility of the parties, service and support after the purchase are set out in the contract.
